I was at Dewey Beach on Monday evening around 5:30 pm and saw a gray seal come out of the ocean onto shore. It hung out for 5 minutes or so and then moved toward me, turned, and swam back into the ocean. It was awesome!

We have 2 copies of each of your superb recent Wild Del. . . books that led us to attend your Lewes Oct lecture (two old white-hairs who arrive very early and watched your struggles with the Apple portable). We also bought some of your calenders from Hope in your Bethany shop. Are any more calendars available???

By the way, yours are the best wildlife books we own, and we own MANY (J. Shaw, T. Fitzharris – Very good, but they do not match yours!)

I’ve tried to follow your photography career; but, it’s almost impossible as you are a wonderfully busy young man.!!!
If I miss anything, Bruce fills me in. Please tell everyone in your family “hello from the I.R.antique”. I’m healthy and learning to live with me. Your new book will be a Christmas Present to me from me.
