Inspired by spending an incredible year photographing the natural world for Wild Delaware (Portfolio Books, published December 2008) Kevin Fleming decided to keep the project going by photographing wildlife and wild places across the Delmarva Peninsula.
Like Wild Delaware, Wild Delmarva will be a large-format, coffee table book of photographs of our natural heritage. For this book, Kevin is joined by his son Jay. Wild Delmarva will be published in October 2010 allowing Kevin and Jay a year and a half to discover and photograph wildlife on the peninsula.
You can see Wild Delmarva grow and follow Kevin and Jay’s travels here on this website. Weather permitting, they will be adding new photographs every day.
In June 2010, Wild Delmarva will go on sale and the first 1,000 people to order the book will receive a signed and numbered copy.
