March certainly roared into Delaware like a lion. What started as rain yesterday changed to sleet then blowing snow. Trees, cars, buildings and this World War II submarine watchtower in Cape Henlopen State park were all crusted with a layer of snow. This morning the strong winds and snow continued adding to the late winter surprise.
